The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading the assessment, design, implementation and management of successful organizational development strategies. Strategic design encompasses systems, processes, leadership development programs and initiatives to improve organizational effectinveness and performance. This position requires that rare blending of strategical and tactical - i.e., one must be both strategic in terms of OD vision (conceptualizing and executing on that vision), as well as tactical (able and willing to be with a penchant for being hands-on). The individual in this position will partner with HR and Senior management leaders to focus on solutions to build necessary skills and competencies to drive a high performance culture. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic direction, thought leadership and project management for the design and development of key organizational systems and processes, including:
- Performance management
- Succession planning
- Competency modeling
- Skill assessment
- Engagement surveys
- Change management
- Create, design, and implement the succession planning and leadership development processes.
- Develop and lead comprehensive change management methodology, training and communication processes acrosss the organization.
- Promote best practice sharing.
- Consult with department leadership to identify, diagnose and problem solve organicational effectiveness.
- Lead the design of employee, leadership and executive development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or related field.
Master's degre in a related field is preferred. - 8-10 years of Organizational Development experience.
- The ability to demonstrate excellent busienss acumen and executive presence.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of professional relationships over an extended period of time.
- Strong action orientation with a mindset of continuous improvement to address gaps and enable success.

As the eLearning Training Director, you will develop and produce online training for NPD internal and client users. This position involves curriculum development, user research, online production, recording, web publishing, tracking metrics and project management. You will develop online training videos and exercises that are engaging and user-focused. You will proactively and thoroughly learn materials, investigate product functionality/use cases and research user profiles. You are familiar with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia Studio, Articulate Studio or Captivate and keep on top of new innovations in technology and new online delivery solutions. You also are familiar with adult learning styles and LMS integration.
You will work closely with the Global Product, Syndicated Reporting and Client Support teams to determine curriculum requirements. You will advise on deployment strategies and planning. You also work closely and collaboratively with the Business Process and Analysis and Documentation team, as well as Localization Specialists to determine global solutions.

- Work with subject matter experts to validate material selection.

- BA/BA degree with a strong academic record.
