Longview operates a pulp and paper mill at Longview, WA, and a network of seven converting plants in the western United States. The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading the assessment, design, implementation and management of successful organizational development strategies. Strategic design encompasses systems, processes, leadership development programs and initiatives to improve organizational effectinveness and performance. This position requires that rare blending of strategical and tactical - i.e., one must be both strategic in terms of OD vision (conceptualizing and executing on that vision), as well as tactical (able and willing to be with a penchant for being hands-on). The individual in this position will partner with HR and Senior management leaders to focus on solutions to build necessary skills and competencies to drive a high performance culture. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic direction, thought leadership and project management for the design and development of key organizational systems and processes, including:

    Senior Internal Consultant, OD - Lockheed Martin

    Required Background include:

You are familiar with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia Studio, Articulate Studio or Captivate and keep on top of new innovations in technology and new online delivery solutions. You also are familiar with adult learning styles and LMS integration.

    You will work closely with the Global Product, Syndicated Reporting and Client Support teams to determine curriculum requirements. You will advise on deployment strategies and planning.     Company is a large, national client on Long Island.  They are looking for a T&D Specialist.   This position is focusing on Training design and delivery for the Succession Management process of the organization.  The specs are below:
